Helen Moore eco-poetAn ecopoet based in Frome, Somerset, Helen publishes poetry, essays and reviews in various anthologies and journals, including The Wolf, Magma, The Nail, Green Spirit, Caduceus and Resurgence Magazine, for which she has been guest poetry editor and unoffical poet in residence.

 

Regularly performing her poetry at events and conferences around the UK, Helen also works as a children’s author, community artist and Forest Schools practitioner (Shared eARTh Learning Project and Bath Forest School).

 

She leads The Imagineers, a group of eco-aware artists from disciplines including theatre, visual arts, storytelling, poetry and ecopsychology, which meets monthly in Bath.

 

Her books include: Changing Nature (GreenSeer Books, 2006), Hope and the Magic Martian (Lollypop Publishing, 2008) and Hope and the Super Green Highway (Lollypop Publishing, 2009).

And a new cd of her poetry, Nature's Words - Selected Ecopoems 2 - featuring musical responses from Ken Masters and additional voice & bodhran by Niall McDevitt is now out (June 2010).
